In the lead up to a wedding most brides have a lot to think about; are the flowers ordered, is the menu right... For silversmith, Katey, it was more a case of "have I made everything?". From the stunning laser cut and hand crafted flower wall, to the beautiful gifts for the bridal party and personalised champagne goblets for herself and groom Richard.
Katey takes much of her inspiration from nature, and husband Richard is a keen mountain biker so the simply amazing Maynard in Grindleford was an obvious choice of venue for their day.
Taking advantage of a brief gap in the typical British summer weather we whisked Katey and Richard up to Surprise View where a blanket of purple heather and moody clouds helped create some beautiful and dramatic couple portraits.
